Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.

📹 A video must be recorded while unboxing the parcel to be eligible for any return or refund claims.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
